With the following rental options we offer you high quality and variety of services, which will put your home on the top of the market.


RENTAL OPTIONS


1. Simple listing option:
For 15 % of gross rent, the company will:
- advertise the property on their site and other international rentals sites;
- take bookings and payments.
Note: Your property will be listed as a Private offer on www.bgrentals.com and the company will be quit of all responsibilities concerning the full service of the rental guests and the management of the property.

2. Service management option:
For 20 % of gross rent, the company will:
- advertise the property on their site and other international rentals sites;
- take bookings and payments;
- arrange the pick-up and return to airport of the rental guests;
- provide general support to the guests during their stay.
Note: Your property will be listed as a Private offer on www.bgrentals.com and the company will be quit of all responsibilities concerning the cleaning and the maintenance of the property during the rental period.

3. Full rental management option:
For 30% of gross rent, the company will:
- advertise the property on their site and other international rentals sites;
- take bookings and payments;
- arrange the pick up and return to airport of the rental guests;
- arrange the cleaning services of property once a week;
- arrange maintenance of the property during the rental period;
- provide general support to the guests during their stay.


PROPERTY CARE OPTIONS


This management service does not cover looking after your property outside the rental periods. That is why Bgrentals.com requires that the owners take out a Rental & Care Contract or Apartment Care Contract (see the options of the contract below) before accepting their property for Full Rental Management. With the care contract we will save you the daily routine cares concerning the ownership of a home abroad.

Rental & Care Contract:
800 Euros per year (570 GBP)

  • Checking water fitting and flushing
  • Checking for insects and pests
  • Emergency property check on request or because of bad weather conditions
  • Looking over furniture
6. Preparing a house equipment list to meet the rental standards
7. Assistance in equipping the house
8. Bookkeeping of the made expenses and sending reports on request
9. Monitoring of garden services and pool services and arranging payments
10. Arranging minor repairs by request of the Rental manager
11. Arranging payment of annual property tax
12. Annual submission of company records to accountant
13. Preparation of the property for the winter season

Apartment Care Contract:
600 Euros per year (420 GBP)

5. Off season monthly internal and external check and sending pictures to owner
  • Inventory check according to owners list
  • Airing rooms
  • Checking for mould, moisture, leaks and other visible defects
  • Checking electrical system and appliances
  • Checking water fitting and flushing
  • Checking for insects and pests
  • Emergency property check on request or because of bad weather conditions
  • Looking over furniture
6. Arranging payment of annual property tax
7. Annual submission of company records to accountant. This includes payment of accountant for his services in dealing with a non active company. If you are actually using your company to trade, you will be responsible for higher fees.
8. Arranging of maintenance for apartment and balcony areas.

RENTAL PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS


Bgrentals.com criteria for taking on properties:

Our experience shows that properties which book well need to meet certain criteria. We are really looking for villas and apartments/studios, which could meet the holiday renters' expectations and could offer to our clients quality accommodation:


Beach properties:
  • Private/complex pool or are near a beach (within 30 mins walk). The pool needs to have a proper maintenance during the rental periods.
  • Trim garden
  • Fully air-conditioning preferably cold and hot air
  • Satellite / Cable TV available at least in the livingroom area
  • Dark curtains or blinds
  • Minimum kitchen appliances: refrigerator, 2 hobs, extractor, oven, microwave, device for boiling water, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine.
  • All utensils, accordingly to property sleeps
  • House secure system
  • If the property is located in an apartment complex, following facilities needs to be available: out-door swimming pool, security guard or reception staff
Ski properties:
  • Proximity to ski facilities not more that 20 mins drive
  • Central heating or air-conditioning
  • Satellite / Cable TV available at least in the livingroom area
  • Dark curtains or blinds
  • Minimum kitchen appliances: refrigerator, 2 hobs, extractor, oven, microwave, device for boiling water, toaster, coffee machine.
  • All utensils, accordingly to property sleeps
  • Security system
  • If the property is located in an apartment complex, following facilities needs to be available: in-door swimming pool, massage, sauna.

Before we take on your property, we do have to check that it is of a good and well maintained standard i.e. safe to be rented and of a good rental standard. Before listing it is required an authorised representative of Bgrentals.com to make full description and pictures of your property.
